  7. Does it come with built-in security, like PCI compliance? Does that cost extra?
  8. Does it come with support, and if so, during what hours? Is there an extra cost?
  9. Will it support my desktop shoppers as well as mobile shoppers? Are its themes and templates responsive, resizing automatically based on the shopper’s device?
  10. Can it integrate with my existing business systems, or third-party integrations I may need, like my current shipping, accounting, and POS systems?
